Surfing, skiing and climbing

When he is not working, Brennan Harmatz is usually in the water. Surfing came long before any of his companies, and it is still what he plans his schedule around. In winter he skis big-mountain terrain, and the rest of the year he climbs at the bouldering gym, where he solves a problem on the wall the same way he solves one at work: study it, try it, fall and adjust.
