Practical AI for businesses that run at scale.
Five ventures in three years, each one built on what the last one taught. Today the focus is Tenre AI, an in-house AI department for high-volume companies around the world.

An AI department, inside the business
Tenre's engineers work directly with mid-market and enterprise teams to find where AI will make a measurable difference, then launch a pilot with clear success metrics. Once the pilot proves itself, Tenre takes it into production and runs it. The final step is training the client's own team so they can take ownership. Clients include GoodLeap, CBRE, Westlake and Catalyst Mortgage, with a combined valuation of $42B. Tenre is based in California and Dallas, Texas, and works with companies around the world.
Case studies
Call center AI auditing
With hundreds of thousands of calls and only twelve auditors, the team could review just a small sample. Tenre built a system that scores every transcript against the compliance rubric, pinpoints the moment a rep goes off script, and sends risk events to a supervisor queue within an hour. Auditors now focus on what the system flags.
AI sales call coaching
Reps handle thousands of homeowner calls a week, and coaching could not keep up. Now reps upload their own call recordings and get feedback against GoodLeap's rubric (discovery, qualification, objection handling and close) while the deal is still active. Managers have made it a core part of training new hires.
AI roleplay for training
Reps practice with an AI that plays the customer and are scored in real time against the same rubric used on live calls. Coaching points are flagged automatically, so managers do not have to review every session.

From eBay to the markets
His first business was reselling on eBay, which taught him about pricing, demand and spotting value early. From there he moved into long-term investing and swing trading, and doubled a separate trading account twice in fifteen months by pairing technical setups with news catalysts. He is the first to admit luck played a part. Looking back, each step led to the next.

Who Tenre works with
Tenre takes on a limited number of engagements with companies around the world. The best fit is a business that handles high volume, such as calls, documents, tickets or transactions, with a team that wants to own the system once it is running. Brennan is also open to advisory, speaking and press requests.
